From Thursday 12 to Sunday 15 September, GOGBOT Festival descends upon Enschede for four days of electrifying art & technology exhibitions and futuristic music performances - an exploration at the intersection of art, technology, and society.

This year's theme is Atom Smasher: the amazing technological solution to all problems, everywhere, all at once. Prepare to navigate disruptive technologies, economic paradigm shifts and the extreme collision of opposing forces in a controlled, safe space. No ill side-effects, guaranteed! Atom Smasher - a synonym for particle accelerator - is an ode to and a warning about technological advancements and their profound implications. On a deeper level, it's a metaphor for the extreme tensions currently smashing violently in society, much like the nuclear forces unleashed when splitting atoms. Thankfully, Atom Smasher is 100% effective against global pollution, war, racism, and the fallout of our most destructive impulses.
