Participants will form an interactive study group to develop small acts of everyday refusal and disobedience in the age of platform technologies. Using as a blueprint the Simple Sabotage Field Manual, originally circulated among antifascist resistance movements during the Second World War, to instruct ordinary citizens on how to disrupt and undermine enemy operations in fascist-occupied Europe without getting caught. The session is to explore together possibilities, limits, humor, and contradictions of everyday resistance within technological systems that are increasingly difficult to opt out of.

!Mediengruppe Bitnik (read - the not Mediengruppe Bitnik) are contemporary artists working on, and with, the Internet. Their practice expands from the digital to physical spaces, often intentionally applying loss of control to challenge established structures and mechanisms.
