On; Notes is a multimedia installation involving text, video and sculpture. All flirt with the frustrations and expectations of daily life as an outsider of the current systems.
With irony and exaggeration in both films and text, serious matters get addressed in a more open way. This way the artist hopes to confront the viewers and reflect together with them.

Sanne Lok (SANNY) is a multidisciplinary artist with a preference for film and text. Within her works she likes to explore meaning and researches if there are other ways to be without fitting in certain ideas.
She is a graduate of Minerva Groningen and nominated for the KITT Youngblood Award.
